• Data - Cat 5E, Cat 6, cabling, cabinets.

• Interceptor alarms - oil, silt, liquid.
• External power - building signage, entrance gates.
• Lightning protection - earth stakes, air termination networks.
• Commissioning - fire alarm, lighting, external lighting, timeclocks.

• Inspection - NICEIC condition reporting.

Design services

• CAD drawings - a comprehensive set of drawings for all services required.
• Coordination - ensuring that all clashes are dealt with at an early stage of the project.
• Lighting - design of general and emergency lighting schemes using DIALux software.
• LED lighting payback - produce Return of Investment (RoI) reports).
• Fire alarm - system design based on the requiremets of the British Standards.
• Cable calculations - use of Amtech for cable and breaker sizing to current wiring regulations.
• BREEAM - schemes designed to meet all credits that are required by the project.
• British Standards - advice and recommendations on any BS or other relevant documents.
